Design to Impress breaks down the home staging process into three simple steps.
Step 1 – Your consultation with the home stager:
Design to Impress will walk through your home and take measurements. Our home stagers can provide suggestions on which areas of your home you should spend the most time on, what should be moved off-site, what can be re-purposed and what colours to redecorate the interiors with.
Suggestions on essential repairs and cleaning to be done before a showing will be made.
Step 2 – The home staging process begins:
Essential work will be completed before the showing commences. This may include re-painting, repairs, cleaning, organizing and de-cluttering.
Step 3 – Completion of the home staging process:
Once all repairs have been done, cleaning has completed and paint has dried, Design to Impress will arrange furniture, plan traffic space, and redecorate.
Existing furniture will either be moved off-site, relocated and re-purposed in another room, or redecorated with throws, covers and tops. We may bring in artwork, extra lighting, rugs, pillows and other accessories to make rooms appear functional and flowing.
