Toronto Condo Staging: 812 Lansdowne, Home Stagers Toronto

The home stagers at Design to Impress staged a condo at 812 Lansdowne Ave, in the Junction area of Toronto, to sell for 20% over the asking price.

The unit in the fairly-new apartment building was sitting on the market for over three weeks with no offers. Real estate agents said the place felt dated. After our home staging company prepared the condo for another showing, it sold within the week with a return on the home staging investment.

Antique furniture belonging to the current occupant was taken off site and replaced with modern sofas, chairs, beds and tables. The carpeting was replaced, the walls were redecorated, and all colours were coordinated with newly placed furnishings and accessories to create a consistent flow around the unit.
